I wrote a review for the Dove sensitive skin fragrance free soap bars and this one is the same. Dove bars are the best, they are gentle and effective and don't strip your skin. I have dry skin that is sensitive and reactive and this make me feel clean.

This soap is so soft and leaves a nice fragrance on your body but there is a problem when you try to wash it off, it leaves a synthetic layer of white chemicals that feels off on the skin . Wouldn’t recommend it over a natural soap but on the synthetic side this would be very good.

The standard of what all bar soaps should be. I’ve tried so many and always end up coming back to this because of how soft it makes my skin. My only complaint is the scent of the original, it’s a bit “grandma” smelling. But of course they have other scents.

This is a classic for a reason. The scent is so clean and light. I like that it doesn’t linger in a strong way but does leave a light scent that says “I’m clean!”. I lather this in a washcloth and use that on my body. I wouldn’t use this on the face as it did sting my eyes but mine are pretty sensitive.

The scent on my skin didn’t last long either. I decided to get the Olay body wash with the beads in it to get that after scrub feel. The Olay soap started to irritate my skin so badly that I had developed a rash in some areas that turned into cracked skin after I stopped using it. I turned back to Dove only this time I got the bar soap so it wouldn’t be as harsh on my irritated skin. Within two weeks of using it my skin rash, along with the help of some Vaseline, had gone away. Not only that my skin always smells and feels so clean

I’ve been using this soap forever and I love it. I use it to wash my face and my body. I have dry and sensitive skin and this works great. My skin doesn’t feel stripped from its moisture after using it. My skin feels clean and refreshes and not dry. I really love this soap and I highly recommend it.
