I love Dove's original beauty bar! It has a soft clean.scent thatbisnt overpowering, and it doesnt drybout my skin. Because it is a bar, its easy to travel with. Plus, it has the added bonus of feeling pretty green. I'm juat throwing away that cardboard box. When I can't take all.of my bathroom/beauty with me, I'm confident that i can just take my Dove bar and use it to wash all of me: hair, face, and body. Its my emergency go to if I need to travel light! Plus, the price point can't be beaten!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rarely use soap for my face. However, I read a lot of great things about the original white soap which I wanted to try. So, I am happy to try this soap with the added argan oil. I have to say it is really a wonderful soap. My face is clean, it gets rid of makeup nicely as well and my face is so hydrated after. There is a film of oil left on my face, but just the right amount of hydration and my face is very soft.. I use it mostly on my face, but it is great on the body as well to keep it moisturized. Smells nice too. Glad I finally tried a Dove soap!

Seems I got out of the habit. Always purchaased for fall and winter. Warm houses and cold temps out side bad to skin. Dove has alway been my go to for this problem. Now I am back to my routine. Dove is great in assisting with dry skin. Always does the job with softness and lovely smell. Our preferred brand of glycerin soap recently became harder to come by, so we decided to try out Dove brand bar soap as a replacement. We bought three scents: White, Pink (marketed for women), and Extra Fresh (marketed for men). All three performed similarly: - Lathers well - Nice tactile feel (silky) - Hair sticks to it more than glycerin soap, making it harder to wash off - Wears away faster than glycerin soap - Smells like soap This functions well enough for our needs, but I won't be buying any of these scents again. They just smell like soap. Not NASTY soap (like at McDonald's or at hospitals) - just soap. So if you get any kind of enjoyment or aromatherapy from herbal, floral, fruity, or other botanical soap.. you aren't going to get that here. Which I only realized was important to me now that it's gone. So we'll work our way through this soap and then find another brand.

If you suffer from sensitive dry skin and eczema this is definitely what I’d recommend. My doctor was originally the one to tell me to use it and it’s the only soap that doesn’t burn. Doesn’t dry out the skin and make it feel like there’s a film after using. It feels soft and gentle and something I will continue even using on my kiddos

I love dove products...my mother used dove soap on me when I was young.I bathed my kids,and grandkids in dove.Dove has a nice clean fresh scent.I would recommend dove beauty bar to anyone.I love how it makes my skin feel and look,no build up,not heavy....just clean.

Before I started making my own body washes Dove washes and soaps were my favorite. I love the unscented beauty bar, it's great for washing your face because it does not have all the extra scent and stuff that's not usually good for someone with sensitive skin. But oh my goodness their soaps feel moisturizing and latters so well, I would recommend.

I do like the dove beauty bars especially the white one because most of the time I use bar soap for showering and it has no scent so I’ve even seen my sister use it for washing her face and that’s why I keep on using it. Really I love dove products because they are really good and for someone who even loves aesthetic it’s really chic.

Works fairly well. I have super dry skin, especially my hands. Didn't notice a difference on my hands. But my body felt smooth for a couple hours after. Don't keep bars of soap in my household! My TODDLERS put one in the toilet. It got lodge for almost 2 weeks, until it broke down enough for my 10 year old step daughter to put her hand in there to pull it out.

Moisture my dry skin and its been awhile since I used this. I use an exfoliating african cloth and this does a good job cleaning my body and get rid a lot of dirt in one wash. A little goes a long way and its easy to use. It smells like vanilla to me and i really love vanilla. The package is really easy to open. But if this was the only wash i have i will definitely use it!

Got recommended this product to wash my tattoos from my tattoo artist. Was gentle on my tattoo and did not sting. The fragrance was a little strong but not in a bad, but it would be better if it was not as strong. The packaging was pleasing and was easy to open.
