I’ve used this product as my go to for as long as I can remember and all of a sudden I’m now getting dry flaky rashes all over my body. You changed the formula and seriously messed it up. You did this once before with your moisturizer and if I recall correctly, you changed it back. PLEASE PLEASEgl back to the old version.

I've been using this for almost 20 years and it's always just smelled clean. Now it smells like lard. I bought this pack of course and it makes me nauseous to wash my face with now. Dove, stop freaking changing things!! The sensitive people that use your sensitive products cannot handle it!

My family have been using Dove Sensitive bars for many years as 3 of 4 of us have eczema and this particular bar is recommended by our dermatologists. Unfortunately, a patch test just revealed an allergy to Cocamidopropyl betaine in our family and as a common allergen I was surprised and disappointed to find this ingredient in the Dove Sensitive bar. I am so sad to have to discontinue use for our entire family.

I bought this product based on various reviews I was reading online and I have to say I absolutely love this product! Previously, brought Cetaphil gentle wash bar soap and it was overly drying for my skin and was on the pricy side. This product is a good buy and leaves my skin feel smooth and clean and doesn't dry it out at all. Also, love that it's unscented due to I'm not a fan of scented products. Gotta love Dove. Will continue to buy. :)

I have used Dove soap for over 40 years, and was always happy with the results. I would even bring a bar with me when traveling so that I wouldn't have to irritate my skin with unfamiliar ingredients and scents. The new formula is just terrible. Not only does the soap have a terrible scent, it lasts for about half the number of showers that it used to. This is just yet one more example of a corporation trying to cut costs and increase profits by changing the ingredients and formula on a decades old product, and passing off the new product as the original, hoping that the average consumer would be none the wiser. Well, I can see from a large number or review on this site that the consumer is paying attention. Is Unilever paying attention to us? That was the last bar of Dove soap that I will ever buy, unless Unilever reverts to the original formula and has an advertising campaign touting their return their origins. Many of us can remember when Coca-Cola came out with New Coke, and the fiasco that was. At least they had the decency to not try to pass off the new formulation as the old, and gas light the public. It wasn't very long before they were forced to launch Coka-Cola Classic or risk losing market share to their competitors. At one point Dove soap had a nearly 25% market share, and was the third largest brand for Unilever. Too bad they brought in the wrong management team. I understand that a corporations fiduciary responsibility is to the share holders, of which I am one, but they also must understand when the actions they take risk brand reputation and reduce market share. You made a mistake, own up to it, and be better

Thank You for your Dove Bar. My Grandmother used to bathe me in her Clawfoot White Bathtub in the 1950’s. She always pampered me with the soft sudsy bubbles! As a Senior citizen now, I use Dove Bar with my own Grandchildren! I swear by the gentle formula of your Dove Bars. Also, Thank You Thank You for the use of “Real Women” in your advertising! It is so comforting and healing to see!

such a good body soap for sensitive skin! i use this on a daily and it works right! it lets your skin smooth and fresh! Even if you don't put lotion after showering. I would recommend to everyone who has or nor sensitive skin!!! rate 1 to 10 I would say 9.5

The older I get, the drier & more sensitive my skin gets. I've become a convert to Dove products: body wash, lotion, deodorant & now, sensitive beauty bar. This is a great bar to use alone for the face or as a second step in a double cleanse. I also use it to wash my severely dry hands! Fabulous product- no dryness, tightness or itchiness! Thanks, Dove. Also, please remove any added fragrance. I just started using this particular beauty bar & see many customers complaining of recent fragrance additions. WE SENSITIVE FOLKS DO NOT WANT OR NEED FRAGRANCE!

I’ve been using Dove for Sensitive Skin for decades with no problems. I recently bought a new package of six bars and began using one last weekend. To my dismay, after a couple of days I began to experience itching on various parts of my body. After reading the recent reviews, most of which are negative and mention that something has changed, I suspect my problem could be connected to the new bar of soap. I’m very disappointed, as I now have to search for a different brand to use and will have to find somewhere to donate the 5 new bars I still have. One of the customer service comments mentioned that the formula hasn’t changed since 2016, but clearly something has been different recently.

Sigh, I really wanted to love this. I have extremely sensitive skin and was hoping Dove would be the answer however it made me break out and my entire face went red (similar to a sunburn). While this may work for others, it did not react well with my skin.
