I use this product because I have sensitive skin and I heard that bar soap is less harsh than liquid soap. It does the job and I really enjoy the smell of it. I found the pricing very affordable so this is my go-to daily cleanser. I would recommend this to anyone who has sensitive skin

What happened? I’ve used this product for years but the newest batch smelled awful. I thought it was a one off but even a second purchase from a different drug store smells rancid. The entire point is it’s fragrance free? I’m too scared to put it anywhere near my body.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dove Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar left my skin feeling so soft. I was surprised that it didn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry. In fact, it was creamy and just as nice as my other expensive cleansers for sensitive skin. I might be tempted to switch to this one on a regular basis. I'm so glad I tried this one.

I love this beauty bar because it keeps my skin looking fresh and feeling super smooth and it can be used all over the body. If you are a female looking for a soap that will NOT mess up your ph then this is a perfect match for you which is another reason I love this product.

Dove first the reformulated sensitive all day deodorant changed to something that itches, stings, and does nothing to stop wetness or odor and now I see the sensitive bar soap has also been reformulated. It now has a chemical smell that is awful and I can no longer use the bar soap. It’s so strong I had to throw all the bars away as you can smell it through the box! I’m now looking for a new brand that was as good as the old version. I don’t know why these decisions are being made but it’s not working for both the new version of sensitive deodorant and the new version of soap. In case anyone is wondering the old bars say “sensitive skin” and the new bars just say “sensitive ”. I’m long time customer who is so disappointed in the direction the sensitive skin products are moving. Please bring back the original version of sensitive products.

I've used this soap for years, it's just wonderful to not be assaulted by all those strong perfumes and artificial fragrances . . . and I wish you would bring back the fragrance-free hypoallergenic antiperspirant too. There's a growing community of people out there who just can't handle all that perfume, cater to us Dove!!!

Let me start of by saying that this is a life saver Im super sensitive but this saved my life I cant have one missing in my pantry because Ill run to buy it this is great for sensitive skin it has changed my life and I can honestly say I have no problem with this I love it honestly !

Something changed?!? I’ve used dove sensitive soap for over 20 years and my last 2 purchases of it I have been very disappointed. There seems to be a different smell, it almost reminds me of charcoal briquettes, does not smell good and can smell it on my skin after a shower. Also has made my be very itchy which it has never done in the past. Has something changed? Unfortunately going to have to start searching for a replacement I think. My super sensitive skin used to love this product, but not anymore.

I've heard that rubbing a bar of soap on your legs when they cramp will alleviate the cramps. So I grabbed a bar of Dove to try that theory out. It did not help, but I figured that was a long shot. I put up the soap and when I went to wash my hands I rubbed my face and caught a wife of my hand - AWFUL!!! The smell that the Dove bar left behind on my hand was that of dried vomit! It made me gag to the point where I thought I might actually puke. Even after I washed my hands with fragrant hand soap, the nasty Dove smell remained. So I Googled if it was actually soap, because I figured a real cleaning agent shouldn't smell like that, eapecially one you use on your body. From my brief Googling, it seems that the Dove Beauty Bar is not really soap at all. In fact, your website even says it's not soap. So since it's not a soap, what is it REALLY doing to my body when I rub it all over my skin? Or am I wrong? Is it a soap? 10/10 would NEVER buy again.
