I usually use basic bar soap which has been known to leave my skin dry. Maybe that and the combination of hot showers. This soap bar did not disappoint. It smelled good and left no residue on my skin after showering. My only issue with it is I wish it was a tad bigger to hold better in my hand.

The scent is refreshing without being overpowering and the moisturizing ingredients do a great job of making his skin feel smooth, hydrated and not stripped of its natural skin barrier. It lathers well and the bar seems as if it will last for a long time. He likes the fact that it can be used on the face as well as the body which makes it very convenient. At first I thought it may be a bit strong for his skin but it really an amazing face bar! I will be buying this product for the men in my house and I do recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG! I was so stoked when I received this box right after Father’s Day for my hubby. After opening and smelling each item I was in love and could not wait to hear my husband thoughts of how the products worked and smelt. At first I was a little afraid that my husbands review wouldn’t be as helpful because he doesn’t have any hair on his head lol. However he did you the shampoo and conditioner for his facial hair. The smell was the winner and he said his beard hair was more manageable but nothing extraordinary. The face and body bar was the winner in this collection. The smell was amazing and my hubby said he felt clean but not overly dry, which is really good for his sensitive skin. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so glad I got the free dove for men voxbox. It’s really nice switching up from my regular soap and trying something different. I have been using body washes so much lately it was nice to have a bar of soap to use.

It left a clean non residual finish and the scent lingered a lot longer than the body wash.

Now, I can say this product last a lot longer and lathers better than the Body and face Wash. The bar of soap is not as wasteful and seems to go a longer way. Would we purchase again "yes" does it do what it claims "yes" the ONLY problem we noticed is that the smell doesn't last as long, barely long enough to when you step out the shower and dry off.
