The major difference I can see between this product and the Extra Fresh, Face & Body Wash, is it seems to me that the scent from the bar soap is much stronger in terms of smelling it post shower. I feel like I smell the bar soaps scent more throughout the day than I do with the body wash alone. It also seems to have an added layer of moisture - and I'm sure thats why Dove chose to advertise the 1/4 moisturizing cream on the packaging. In total, I love the bar and its perfect to layer with the Extra Fresh, Dry Spray Antiperspirant.
