I have been using this product for over 35 years, and this new bar of soap is not the same! The smell is terrible, leaves my skin dry, not silky like before. If you changed it, it's not for the good! Bring back the original, please! Now I will have to look for a new product to use. I threw the 3 bars i got in the garbage.. So disappointed 😞😞

I was hoping they changed the formula back to the original since they changed the packaging again. but it's still the newer formula that sucks. I don't know what they did to the soap but it burns my skin. this is ridiculous I've used this soap for over 40yrs and now i have to find something different. what was the point in changing a formulas that wasn't broken? I will be returning my purchase.

They've ruined the best soap in the world with the new formulation! Bought a large multipack and it is HORRIBLE. My skin is dried out and has a tacky feel. The shower water actually beads up on my body after rinsing. Feels like it strips every bit of moisture out of your skin. I threw every bar out in the garbage. I will not purchase Caress anymore unless Unilever undoes this "new %26 improved" sick joke and brings back the original version.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT use this in the winter. It made me so itchy at night, I was about to go insane! What in the world happened to this soap?! It wasn’t the best but it surely wasn’t this bad. For days I was so itchy at night and couldn’t figure out why until last night when I switched to a different soap.

for the price the amount of soap is reasonably but you need to use lotion afterwards or your skin will be dry and it will feel dry

I had used this bar soap for years, since college. I adored the real, original scent. That’s why I was a loyal user for all these years. It brought to mind, such good memories!!! I HATE the new scent - nothing special about it at all. Why can’t you have BOTH scents do your customers can make their own choice? After all these years, you’ve lost me,

I used the original version of this soap for over 20 years. It had an amazing smell that wasn’t overpowering and left my skin feeling smooth and soft. However, the new version smells completely different with a very powerful smell and gives my skin an uncomfortable tight feeling. The new version should have never been released under the same name as the original since it is a different soap altogether. I was so disappointed when I realized it was nothing like the soap I had loved for so many years. I really hope they bring back the original version because this new version lost them a devoted long time customer.

I used to use this soap. I DO NOT like the new formula. It leaves my skin dry like the ivory formula does. I used this product for over 20 years. I will no longer be a customer. The scent is not as good as it used to be. When I tried the new formula my children noticed the new scent, and told me they miss my old scent. I can't leave the soap on my skin long, it makes my skin tight, and it feels like there is sticky residue on my skin. With the original formula I was able to wash my private parts, and the new formula irritates me. Not sure why you changed something that was awesome, and made people feel good to something that does not keep scent, irritates the skin, and makes our skin dry. I would rather pay more for the original then have to go through finding another soap to use.

The soap is good value for my money. It smells nice and is great for my skin care.
