[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so let me tell y'all real quick… this Caress Daily Silk bar? Baby. The girls who love smelling pretty for no reason will get it. The scent is white peach + orange blossom, and it literally smells like stepping out of a warm shower into a hug. It's giving clean, feminine, and slightly floral without being too strong. It lathers up really well and leaves your skin feeling silky—not squeaky dry or tight. I love that it's moisturizing, because some bar soaps will have you feeling like you need urgent lotion. Not this one. If you're a perfume layer-girlie, this soap is perfect as a base. Add a light body oil, a matching lotion, and whew—your man (or imaginary man 😭) gon' follow you around the house.

I've been using this brand of soap for many many years and had no issues with it up until recently. The formula has changed and it's horrible. It leaves a white residue on my skin and the fragrance is super strong it makes me sneeze when showering with this soap. I won't buy this soap again unless the formula is changed back to what it used to be. I did find the original ingredients and found five soap uses the same ingredients of the original caress soap. I've switched to dove.

This bar of soap leathers up pretty nicely and doesn't leave an unpleasant residue. My skin felt clean and moisturized after use. This soap is pretty cost effective because it lasts for quite a while. I would definitely purchase in the future.

It is in a nice shape that doesn't slip right out of your hands, that lathers well and has a soft light scent. My husband has already said he wants to always have a bar. I've liked it too and especially notice that my hands aren't immediately dry feeling after using it. Big plus for me.

I also did not like that so much of the orangey coloring came out of it. Aside from all that, the soap sudsed up A LOT which was nice and my skin definitely felt soft & smooth after my shower.
