This new formula is AWFUL! It feels like there is a sticky residue left on your skin. I don't like anything about this change. Caress daily silk was one of the few soaps that I could use on my skin without causing issues. The new formula makes me itch and stings really bad if you accidently get it in your eyes. I didn't have that until they changed it. I'm so disappointed!! Please change back!!

I absolutely love this soap! I have dry and sensitive skin and have used Dove, but Dove irritates my skin. So I decided to try this and I'm in love! This doesn't irritate my skin and it does moisturize very well! And the scent is just awesome! Will be my family's soap from here on out!

We have used Caress bar soap in my family for over 30 years. I always bought large packs and kept it in stock in the bathroom sink cabinet. Stock was getting low and went to buy more to restock, and I noticed the packaging changed. Had me worried, so I opened one up and tried it in the shower. Absolutely terrible product. Leaves your skin feeling gross now, dry and rubbery. That silky smooth feel is gone, and the smell is awful. I have 4 bars left of the original formula and four 8-packs of this new garbage soap. I'm so mad right now. No one wants to use this new soap, and we're all trying a bunch of different soap brands to find something similar, so far with no success. Caress if now just as terrible as all the other soaps out there. Guess they just couldn't stand to be different; they wanted to join the mediocre crowd.

I have been using Caress Soap the original most of my life but the one you have put out lately i find is to perfumes strong and irritates me when i use it i have never had this problem before can you please lighten on the perfume i think to much is added and not good for sensitive skin? My review rating would be much higher if i would not be feeling sensitive reaction to it lately. To strong do not want to change my soap please help?

It’s not a bad smell—just not what I’d expect from a body soap labeled with notes of white peach and orange blossom. That said, it still leaves skin feeling smooth and moisturized, which I really appreciate. The lather is rich, and it doesn’t dry out the skin. Overall, it’s a solid soap—great for everyday use, though I personally prefer a warmer or more natural scent.

This is my go to soap bar. I really Caress because it's cheaper than Dove, etc. It smells amazing and doesn't leave a soap scum feeling. A bar of soap last me 2 months. The smell is definitely my favorite thing about this soap. I have also used it to clean my makeup brushes in a pinch and it did such a good job.
