[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried this soap because the scent really caught my attention — white peach and orange blossom. And I have to say, it smells amazing. The fragrance is fresh, sweet, and lingers nicely on the skin. If you love a good-smelling soap, this one delivers in that department. However, despite all the promises — silky feel, instant hydration, nourishing formula — my experience was quite the opposite. It left my skin feeling extremely dry. I have dry skin to begin with, and unfortunately, this soap made it worse. So if you have dry skin like me, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. While the scent is absolutely beautiful, it doesn’t live up to the hydration and softness it claims to provide. It might work better for oily or normal skin types, but it’s definitely not what I’m looking for in a soap.

From the moment I unwrapped it, I knew I was in for something special. The scent is DIVINE a dreamy mix of orange blossom and white peach that instantly transforms my bathroom into a mini spa. It’s the perfect balance of fresh, soft, and a little bit flirty. The lather is rich and creamy, like silk gliding over my skin. When I rinse off, my skin feels incredibly soft like I just used a high-end moisturizer. I’m not exaggerating. It’s that good. I’ve even caught myself skipping body lotion on days I use it because it leaves my skin that hydrated. The packaging is pink and cute. What I love most is that it actually cleans while still making me feel pampered. It’s self-care in a bar. That beautiful scent lingers on my skin just enough to make me feel fabulous all day long.

So I'm pregnant. Every pregnancy I have, i get obsessed with your soap. I'm up to two baths a day and I sniff the soap every time I'm in the bathroom. Can you guys make a candle that smells the exact same as the soap? This would be great! It will also help me to not come across as a crazy person for randomly sniffing your soap and soap boxes. This is hands down my most favorite body soap of all time. It lasts a very long time and way better than the bottled versions. The scent is extremely floral which I love! Pair this with a loofah and you get extreme suds and an extra clean experience. Once again I will mention that the scent is to die for! Kind of reminds me of a Chanel perfume!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I didn’t like about these was the floral scent was a little overpowering. If you like florals, you’ll love these. The lather was so nice and they were so buttery and smooth. Left my skin feeling so moisturized!

I have used Caress Daily Silk (White Peach & Orange Blossom) for over 30 years. Love the scent. Whomever decided to change the scent should be moved to another department. "Noticeably silky soft skin" does not trump scent. There are so many other soaps out there, but none of them have the original scent of Caress. Just because I am getting older doesn't mean I want to smell old. Please bring back the original scent.

I absolutely love this soap. It is so moisturizing and smells fantastic. The scent is a clean, fresh and light peach scent. It makes the bathroom smell fantastic too. The soap lathers up very well and rinses off perfectly without leaving any residue. I have even washed my bras with this because of the scent. I really love this and recommend this. It is also perfect for my sensitive skin.

If you look closely, all those giving this nasty, sticky, smelly soap 5 stars are only doing so as part of a promotion! Do NOT be deceived!! I purchased this bar soap thinking only the packaging had changed, but they totally messed with the formula. This soap does NOT leave your skin feeling "silky." It leaves it feeling sticky and dry. It is just as bad as the Olay "Ultra Fresh" bar soap... Caress, you have lost a long time customer. And me and my family of 4 won't be the last ones you lose. You guys unnecessarily "fixed" something that clearly wasn't broken! GOODBYE CARESS!!

I have used Caress soap for over 20 years. This new formula change has got to go!! The smell is horrendous, and it leaves a weird film on your skin. When the bar gets wet, it feels slimy. I contacted Unilever with my complaints, and got a response back, basically telling me that I was out of luck. They mentioned that the formula change was because of suggestions from customers. I'm not sure which customers they were, but they weren't die hard Caress users, because if they were, there's no way they would have agreed to something like this. I guess Unilever does not care about their customers. Especially after the email I received. No resolution, no offer for a refund, nothing. I guess I will be returning it back to Sam's and switching to a different soap.
