I have used the original Caress Daily Silk scent since I can remember. The new, updated version came out, and I absolutley hate it. I have gone to great lengths to find the original everywhere I can, and the options are almost nonexistent now. Caress, you can keep your new scent, but please bring back the original scent for those of us who loved it. The new scent does not smell fresh and clean to me, and the soap does not lather nearly as well.

This soap smells very fresh but the scent is a little on the strong side for my liking. This soap also kept my skin moisturized but it doesnt lather up as much as id like it to.

It lathers up nicely and does leave my skin feeling smooth. Bar soap also seems to last a really long time which I love. I am really pleased with the size smell and texture of the soap.

I was not disappointed but rather pleasantly surprised that it was not stripping my skin dry. I would definitely recommend this soap and will buy it again myself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Caress Daily Silk bar soap has sweet peach and orange blossom scents. I like it because it makes every shower relaxing. You enjoy the water with that aroma that transports you to a place full of freshness. It leaves my skin soft and doesn't irritate or dry it out. It's completely gentle and its lather feels like soft flower petals on the skin.

The new smell is horrible. The soap dries my skin. My skin burns around the neck and breast area after using. My cat will not come near me after using caress. She hates the smell. Please go back to the old formula!! It had a wonderful smell and it did not dry or burn my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suds are very foamy and thick, with very few big bubbles while lathering. Also... the smell is odd. I love white peach, but this kept swinging between a mild fruity scent and Nair? The scent doesn't linger too much and my hands DO feel noticeably softer after use. My skin is extremely dry and this doesn't dry me out as badly as some soap, but my skin still feels dry and tight. I'll use up the rest of this but wont repurchase.
