Omg why did they change? I hate this new soap or formula. Leave skin feeling rough and dry like I'm using ivory or cheap soap. Now, this soap throws my whole ph off. Please bring back the original soap that has your skin feeling soft and silky.

New formula is AWFUL. Leaves a film on the skin, dries out the skin and the skin feels terrible! Do you know how after you wax your car, the water beads up? That’s exactly how your skin looks when you rinse.

Terrible!!! We've been using Caress soap for years & years, but this will be our last time purchasing it. The updated scent is much too sweet & smells like a cheap hotel soap. Definitely a first world problem, but it's disappointing nonetheless.

This new formulation is disappointing in so many ways-- 1) more flowery scent, 2) incredibly slippery & difficult to hold on to, 3) does not leave skin feeling smooth after washing off (my skin felt drier)

This new scent leaves a sticky film on your skin that won't rinse away. Please go back to stocking the old scent. Caress has been my favorite soap for over 30 yrs until now.

I have been using Caress for over 25 years. This change is extremely disappointing. This new formula is slimy and feels like cheap soap. My whole family is very upset about this change. I will be donating this soap and purchasing Dove.

Since caress has changed the formula I am not a fan. The smell reminds me of chemicals a d not freshness. I know this will sound weird but the soap has more slip to it as opposed to the older formula.

New scent is awful. We have been using caress exclusively for 30 plus years. Why they changed the scent is beyond my comprehension. Wrote them to tell them new scent is not good. Never received a response. Will not purchase again

My family has been using Caress bar soap for about 30 years. I was so disappointed with my most recent package. It has the same name of White Peach and Orange Blossom, but the fragrance is so overly strong and different. It should have been given a different name because the smell is so different and so strong! What I loved about the product before was the subtle scent, the way it rinses off my skin without any sticky residue, and the fact my husband could use it too because of the subtle fragrance. I’m so sad to say we are not going to be able to purchase this anymore unless we are able to get the original sent again. Such a bummer!
