This is the best thing I’ve used that helps me fall  sleep without feeling groggy in the morning.  
Occasionally I have trouble going to sleep, and take about a 1/2 dose of ZzzQuil - within about a half hour I’m sleeping like a baby. 

Highly recommended if you have trouble sleeping!

I have pretty extreme insomnia and do take prescribed medication, but it is not always 100% effective on getting me to sleep as my pills are extended release. So I still have problems falling asleep. I use Vicks ZzzQuil to help me fall asleep fast. I've tried all the different over the counter sleep aids and none of them ever work. From what I've found, ZzzQuil is the only formula that includes a small dose of alcohol. That seems to be the key for the product working. It is very easy to use and it has a decent enough taste for easy swallowing. And it does come in a few different flavors. In the morning I am left to wake immediately and have lots of energy. It does not have a lingering feeling. It works so well my husband also takes it as he goes to bed early and I am a night owl. We will forever be consumers of ZzzQuil!

Best remedy for insomnia!

I have diagnosed and medically treated insomnia and have had the majority of my adult life. The ZzzQuil nighttime sleep aid is the only over the counter brand that works for me. I've tried all other brands and types, even comparable brands and none of them will work for me. Only ZzzQuil. It comes in a small variety of different flavors, my favorite is the warming berry. It does not have that traditional medicine taste and is very easy to swallow. It is also very easy to use. They provide a pre-measured cup so you know exactly how much to take without risk over taking too much. I've been on prescribed sleep aids which I was not a fan of taking. The ZzzQuil is far more convenient  and does not require a physician. Because it does contain 10% alcohol, it does have a really good child proof cap preventing little ones from being able to get in and drink it. The next morning I always wake fresh and not groggy at all. I love it so much I also started my husband on it as well. He now sleeps like a rock whereas he used to be a light sleeper, which is not good since I'm a night owl. I definitely recommend and we will forever be a customer.

A must for major insomnia!

My husband  cannot sleep most nights so this is his go to. He’s very sensitive to medication but he has no issues with this as long as he takes it by a particular time. It’s all he uses. Even his doctor  had no opposition to his taking it but thought she had something more effective. She did not. He’s back to old faithful.

If you need a good night’s rest or have trouble falling asleep, ZzzQuil really does the job. It helps me drift off quickly and wake up feeling rested. Just keep in mind it’s best for occasional use, not long-term, since overuse could have side effects. For those nights when you just can’t sleep, this is perfect!

This product works great....it doesn't necessarily make you sleeping, it calms you and when you do fall asleep.....it helps you stay asleep and get well rested. There is no drugged. feeling the next day either.  The price is a bit high for me, because I live on a budget. But overall its a great product.

I have chronic insomnia.  Very difficult to get sleepy without requesting prescription sleep aids but HATE the side effects of the prescription stuff. Highly recommend this as a great alternative for those without sleep issues like pretty lousy insomnia issues 😴

It works fine, but I used it for a year and and when I learned that it could cause dementia after long-term use, as with all diphenhydramine products, I stopped taking it. Despite the non-addictive claim on the label, I suffered 5 days of sleeplessness and racing thoughts, 'till I was afraid I was losing my mind.

Absolutely waste of money it doesn't work at all very disappointed because it tastes fine but doesn't work it would be a good deal if it worked nobody want to drink medicine that don't work at all now I spent over 15 dollars and won't drink it because it's a waste of time 👎🏾Don't buy if you really want sleep
