I needed something for that extra "umph" during my workouts. This was it! I looked into other pre-workout supplements and noticed most have at least 200mg of caffiene (2 cups of coffee!!). Shroom Tech Sport's natural ingredients made my choice for me.

best in the business

My dad and I used shroomtech to keep us going on long hauls through the CO mountains for an elk hunt.  It made the 10 mile days manageable even coming from sea level and hunting at 10,000'

I have taken shroom tech for years. It started for my love of Alpha Brain and my outright disdain for every pre-workout I have ever had. They always made me too jittery and feel bloated. Shroom TECH was a different beast. I didn't know what to expect. I was waiting for the jitters. I was waiting for that instant rush. But it never came. What I did feel was one of the best workouts I have ever had. I never felt it come on. It wasn't until I was pushing a personal best time in my 4 mile run that I realized what I felt. The perfect boost for an entire workout. The energy I felt was natural. And the best part was that it motivated me more. To push myself a little harder. I felt like I could still focus without the normal shakin and jitters. There was zero crash after. This is the perfect formula for any workout.

Really amazing

I'd just say it's amazing both Alpha brain and Shroom tech I haven't been this Motivated in a long time. I've been through a lot of trauma and Went heart monitor flat a few times. Got in trouble with the law. I don't drink anymore I quit smoking cigarettes both for a year now. Onnit to me is great I know everyone is different, but it's helped me in so many different ways I can't put it into words. Thank you everyone who was apart of this creation the scientists and all. I'm 41, work a lot, sleep very little thanks to our 14 month old, so I need all of the help that I can get to make the most of my workouts. I've tried many supplements over the years and Shroomtech Sport works!!

Love Shroomtech Sport!

I was looking for a natural pre-workout supplement that wouldn't wreck my GI tract and Shroom Tech looked promising.  After using it for a few weeks, I can say that it seems to work.  While I don't experience a marked increase in energy after taking it, I have noticed that my stamina has improved.  I can go longer in the gym before fatigue sets in.  Zero GI issues.

The downside of Shroom Tech is the cost. I ordered the 84 count bottle thinking it would last me a while, but the recommended dose is four capsules.  In an effort to conserve, I don't use it for every workout.  I have used other cordyceps supplements in the past that are less expensive, recommended smaller dosing and achieved similar results.

Seems to work

It's a good product. I have noticed maybe a slight effect in my energy and focus throughout the day. I am strict on my diet, vitamins, etc. and this one gives me peace of mind as an additive to what I already take. In my opinion it's overpriced.

In my personal opinion does not do the job, I bought it to see if it actually helped improve my endurance and performance but it didn't.

I heard this product worked great.  I can't tell a difference?  I'll try upping the dosage, but am doing 6 at 45 minutes before working out?  Any advice would help.
