Member’s Mark™ Five Cheese Tortellini combines ricotta, aged parmesan, mozzarella, mascarpone and romano cheeses inside a tender pasta for a delicious entree. Our five cheese tortellini can be cooked from frozen in just a few minutes for a quick and satisfying supper–just top it, sauce it or pair it with another dish for a complete meal. You get two 24-ounce packages.

Member’s Mark Five Cheese Tortellini combines classic Italian cheeses and pasta together for an authentic tortellini. Freeze a package to save for a busy day for a tasty, satisfying dinner or side dish. There are 14 servings all together, so it's great for feeding a crowd. With 10 grams of protein per serving, our five cheese tortellini can be filling all on its own.

How to Prepare

Simply boil the desired number of torellini for four minutes and serve with some butter, parmesan and cracked red pepper, or add to a pre-made tomato or pesto sauce. For a fresh, vibrant pasta dinner, add Member’s Mark Five Cheese Tortellini to a sauté pan with butter, garlic and peas and top with fresh arugula and parmesan flakes. For a protein-packed dinner, combine our five cheese ravioli with grilled chicken and marinara sauce. This torellini is also a great base for pasta salads and a tasty addition to soups.

If cooking from frozen, do not thaw. Simply add one minute to the cooking time.
