I used to make my chicken salad from scratch, but the arthritis in my hands and age put a stop to all the kitchen work.  I buy this as a base, and had dijon mustard, and sometimes pecan pieces. Always get compliments and never tell them my secret! 😜 I stuff the baby croissants from Sam's with baby spinach leaves, my chicken salad, and top with a toothpick with a cherry tomatoes. So easy, and I store them in the original croissant containers with damp paper napkins spread over them to keep them moist. Can actually make the day before serving; in a pinch, two days. Leftovers can be eaten up to a week, but just keep moist paper towels over them to keep them moist. Change the paper towels daily.

Use this as a base and add other ingredients!!!

We used this delicious chicken salad(and also the cranberry and pecan chicken salad) in cocktail croissants, and they were a big hit at a Bridal Shower. Displayed them on a charcuterie board, so pretty! I like that it wasn’t overly done with  mayonnaise, it was just right. Can’t beat the price either and love how convenient it was!

So happy I tried this!!

I have been wanting to try this product for over 2yrs now. I did try it then because of all the additives and preservatives. However, Sam's Club recently started working to remove over 40+ ingredients in their Member's Mark brand. I recently have noticed they have started doing that. So.. this was actually to my suprise was very well tasting. Its also a great alternative for a healthy meal for family on those busy days you dont have time to cook.

Delicious and Creamy!

This is a staple in our house. It’s so nice when you just want a quick lunch, or maybe to add some with a green salad for dinner. They have two varieties, this one is sweet, but the cranberry one is even sweeter. Excellent quality, as are most Members Mark products.. Our elderly mom loves it! (and she’s really picky)

Love both varieties of Sam’s chicken salad

Yum. Members Mark chicken  salad makes an awesome sandwich for a quick dinner or easy snack. Pair it up with a potato chips or a green salad and you have a satisfying meal. The Sam’s in Fayetteville stopped carrying it for awhile but its back now. So, so glad. We love it.

Members Mark Chicken Salad makes great sandwich.

My husband has been asking for chicken salad.  By the time you buy all the ingredients, it was cheaper to buy already made from Sam's Club.  When I got home, my husband was hungry, so I made him a chicken salad sandwich. He liked it and asked for a second sandwich.  The chicken salad is not salty, has just enough mayo and ingredients to make it creamy.  I typically put mayo on the sandwich rolls, but with this chicken salad, we didn't need mayo.  We both loved it.  I put some on my salads, went well with Ranch dressing.  Will definitely buy again.

Great tasting chicken salad

I love this chicken salad. I used to buy this product before, but it was a little too chunky for my taste. I tried it again recently, and it is no longer chunky. My husband and  I love it more than the chicken salad we have been buying at a specialty shop.

Great Purchase

This is not the first time I’ve purchased Member Mark Chicken Salad. Previous buys were good and tasty, with plenty of chicken.  Not so this time, I was truly disappointed.  
The celery was chopped  leaving large  chunks and could not be chewed!  I would actually take out a portion and sort out the chunks disposing of them before resuming with my meal.   These large knots of celery were through the top half of the container.  It was as though the entire rib of celery were put into the chopper without removing the coarse ends. 
The bottom half was as it has always been-good.

Chicken Salad Disappointment

I am sorely disappointed in this salad now.  This was my favorite item next to rotisserie chicken that I practically buy every shopping visit for the last 8 years.  I have noticed a change in formula and flavor year over year resulting in a lesser of quality product.  The identifiable excessively large chunks of diced chicken is unappealing.  It used to contain an evenly shredded chicken with some small dice chicken.
What led me to leave this review was due to my recent experience finding a gross and unappealing rubbery inedible material. What I thought at first was foreign material turned out to be a large piece of rubbery tough chicken skin warranting this bad review.  Sam's Club, you need to get on your co-packers about this!

Favorite Item Turned to DISAPPOINTMENT!

The chicken used recently in the salad is actually chunks of gristle and tastes like chicken fat. There were a lot of inedible pieces in this container.
