Can't go wrong…

Grape Nuts has become a staple in our house. My son loves to just eat it as cereal…you know, a bowl, some milk and Grape Nuts. I have taken to putting it in my greek yogurt, my ice cream…anything that needs a little crunch. A little bit goes a long way…I am full and satisfied and don't feel guilty for over indulging. So many good ways to eat this classic. I am always open to new ideas of how to incorporate this classic crunch in other ways!

Good without all the other things in it.

I received this box of whole grain cereal without realizing the size of the box. It's great for a snack. I did try with flavored yogurt. It made me feel satisfied after eating for a good while. It is not sweet at all but it takes good. Can't wait to try in other forms and with fresh fruits.

Healthy breakfast cereal, too bad not in stores.

I purchase this cereal for the high fiber content, and no added sugar. I typically add toasted nuts, honey and cinnamon, and sometimes fresh blueberries. Tastes great. Wish they carried this cereal in-store, but have to order online.
