Made with traditional lamb and beef gyro served on soft pita bread, this all-in-one kit is a quick solution when you don't have much time to cook. This is one of our favorite items from Sam’s Club, they need to start selling the tzatziki sauce that comes in the kit separately, to use on other things it’s amazing.

It’s fine.

Consistent product and makes for a fast dinner. We like meat, so we normally get 4 sandwiches allowing us to use the extra pitas for other meals.  The feta crumbles are great.  We have extra of that as well that we use in frittatas. I wish they would put in two tzatziki sauces rather than the feta sauce.  We buy the kits often.  The price is approximately what two gyro sandwiches at a restaurant would cost.

Good Value and Taste

I love an easy dinner and this is always a hit. We just add fresh tomatoes, lettuce and red onion. Sometimes we add sliced black olives. I liked the hot tzatziki sauce but my husband likes the regular. It has both. I wish it had a couple more pita breads. It comes with 6.

Loved it

This is a great meal kit.  It has everything you need ( minus the fresh veggies) for a complete and delicious meal.  I added bell peppers, onions and tomatoes to them and it was really a family favorite. Good thing is even without the veggies this is good.  The pitas, meat, feta cheese and two different sauces are packaged separately so they stay fresh and neat.

Great week night dinner

We are always looking for something fast and easy for busy nights. This was delicious! I am always cautious with gyros because I do not like when the meat is thick, to my delight this was nice and thin. Not greasy at all. We just added onion and tomato. We used the feta to make feta french fries as a side. I just wish it was two tzatzikis instead of the other sauce. Everything is individually package which kept it all very fresh. We would definitely buy it again.

Great, Fast, Easy Dinner!

This was so much better than I anticipated. I saw this and grabbed it on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. There’s enough meat for 4 good sized gyros. The meat was high quality and flavorful. I did heat it in a pan to get a little caramelization like on bacon and it was better than microwaved. The pita was a really good quality and very fresh. The feta was a nice texture and crumble size. It wasn’t too strong or wet. The only reason for a 4-star rating is the tzatziki sauce. It’s not great. It’s over powering of Greek yogurt, so doesn’t really add much. I did end up buying a separate one and it was a better touch for it. I’ll definitely be buying these again

Can’t go wrong

Having a 'kit' with the main ingredients is great.  I added cucumbers and tomatoes that weren't in the kit and I feel the really 'finished it off'.

The only bad part, was the Pita Bread was very dried out and when I folded them in half to eat them, they cracked and started crumbling...

I hate to cook, so this kit is a great way to eat a healthy meal with very little preparation needed!

Tasty Gyro Kit But The Pita's Were Very Dried Out

A good amount of meat for the price.   I’d encourage you to pan fry the meat vs microwave to get a little of the crispy bits on the meat and remove some of the fat.  Pita won’t allow you to stuff them, you’ll have to use it like a tortilla.  Nowhere near enough tzatziki so make sure to get a container of that too!  But it tastes pretty good for prepackaged.   Personally, I’d rather just get a gyro meat package and buy the pita I want!

Good, but you need to supplement

Good and fast, meat portion should almost be doubled.  Traditional Garlic Cucumber Sauce would be better, and again, double the size.

Add fresh tomatoes and white onions

Was drawn to this because it was in refrigerator section and not frozen. But the taste, texture was not good. Dug label out to look closer at ingredients and saw Bio-engineered in small print on back. Had already decided we would not buy again. But won't for sure after seeing that.
