I use this cauliflower rice in all my recipes that used “rice”, in order to reduce my carbs and blood sugar. If you fry the rice with Avocado Oil until almost all the moisture is gone and it is just starting to turn a light brown, then it tastes more like regular rice and seems to keep longer after cooking.

Good price compared with individual packages in the grocery stores. Easy prep and goes well with stir-fry dishes. Was missing it for awhile; so glad it's back!!

A great substitute for carbohydrate burdened rice.  I add a wee bit of butter, onion pwdr, maybe even diced celery, and toss a piece of grilled salmon on top!  Or mix with vegetables and have as a stand-alone meal.  Low carbs, low-sodium, fat-free, cholesterol-free.  So you're craving that rich orange battered chicken, teriyaki dish ... soften the health blow by substituting the Jasmine or Bismati rice with Riced Cauliflower.

Very good! Use in many different recipes as a rice substitute and tastes great just sauted up in a pan with your flavorings.

Comes in 4 large packs.  We split each pack in two. Texture is good. Great for low carb diets.  Wish they were at our club we drive to get them.

Rices Cauliflower

We do not like this product. The bags themselves have a strong smell of plastic which makes the cauliflower smell the same. This cannot be good your health.
