This soup is so delicious. My husband and I finished both containers in two days. I had to go back and get more that quick. It it very flavorful. Great alone or add with more rice. Great to eat with crackers or really just to heat up and eat alone. Definitely nice to eat on a cold day, but I would eat it even if it was warm outside. It is very filling and will warm your body and give you a satisfied belly.

This is just as good as Panera. While it is not labeled as such (not prepared in a designated/certified GF kitchen), it is gluten free (no gluten thickening agents). Best heated on the stove, not microwave - definitely changes the taste.
