Cooking Instructions:

Stove Top:

1. Place the chicken in a skillet with a lid.
2. Add 2 oz of water to the skillet, cover with lid and bring to a simmer over high heat.
3. After 2 minutes, remove the lid and stir.
4. Cook, uncovered, for 5 - 8 minutes 
5. Reheat until internal temp reaches 165°F using a calibrated thermometer.
6. Serve hot.

Microwave:

1. Place the chicken in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Cover the bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from microwave and stir to ensure even heating.
4. Repeat steps 2 - 4 until internal temp reaches 165°F using a calibrated thermometer. 
5. Approximately 4 - 5 minutes total.
6. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
