These I have never had fresher clothes and the impeller cleans like agitator but no cracks or ways for clothes to get stuck .

I am amazed with the self balance feature. I also love the timer which let's you see how much time is left in your cycle. The spin cycles really extract the water. I am telling you, this washer has cut my laundry time in half. I bought the washer with the see through lid. It is awesome. I enjoy watching it self balance. If you are on the fence about a washer get this one. I read the reviews, LG was the winner.

This is the first LG appliance that I purchased and owned  The washing machine is so good, I’m already exploring purchasing a new LG dishwasher. This new washing machine is really quite, the features are great and easy to use. This unit will save money on my electric and water bills, and will also lower the usage of my dryer. So happy I decided on LG.

It’s very easy to operate and I love the happy sounds it makes when you turn it on and select a cycle.  Then it tells you when it’s done.  It’s cost saving on detergent also, using a much smaller amount.  Loads are balanced before the washer starts so I don’t have to worry about hearing a “bam,bam,bam” like my old one made when the load got off balance!

It works well, even though it is a low water machine.  I do use the deep water cycle on large loads to get everything clean and rinsed properly.

Purchased this Dec 30th 2021 so it isn’t a year old. It has vibrated and made scraping sounds since the start. I thought it may be normal but as time went on the sound got worse. Called for repair and 1st repair person said it was the bearing and isn’t economical to repair it. Have LG service man coming tomorrow to confirm
