The gel is nice and soothing and warms you when applied. It definitely helps those aches and pains you get in your back, neck, and shoulders, but can be used on other areas as well. I personally am a fan of the smell as well as the way that it can feel cooling and also warming on aches and pains. I like to apply it to my calf muscles after a long run.
