GREAT ECONOMICAL PRINTER & EASY TO SET UP

I LIKE THE PRINTING SPEED. THE PRICE WAS PERFECT. JUST LOVED THE EASE OF SETTING IT UP. MY ONLY "COMPLAINT", FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD, IS LOADING THE INK CARTRIDGES. I FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO LINE THEM UP AND PRESS THEM IN.

HP OK

Set up was easy, not a fan of the automatic ink thing as I don't use my printer that often. I've had good luck with all the HP products I've owned; was disappointed when my old printer is not being supported by HP so had to buy new. Guess that's the program for less expensive home printers.

Free ink and printing performance

You are offering three months of free ink but I'm still getting charged for the subscription. I expect one refund or no charge equivalent. The printing is coming out too slow at times. I wasn't able to print in 3" x 5" CARDS
