Simply sizzle, flip and savor! <h3>Cooking Instructions</h3> 1. Frozen: Pull Gary’s QuickSteak from the freezer (cooks directly from frozen). 2. Sizzle: Preheat skillet or pan medium/high. Tender lean and delicious - I hate gristly meat and I was hesitant to try this. After a family member served it for a quick meal I stocked up. This cooks so fast and it is filling. Great on black stone but we have also done cast iron stove top when cooking for smaller group on weeknights for quick cheesesteak. Restaurant quality! Comes with seasoning but I always add blackstone cheesesteak sprinkle and Lea and Perrins

Steak & Cheese

Love this purchase.  Delish! Saute onions in oo & garlic, add mushrooms, peppers, and serve on garlic bread hoagie,  broil with provolone  on top until melted & enjoy.

Makes a great Philly cheese steak

These are "I woke up thinking about it" good!  I bought a frozen bag of mixed peppers and onions, and some sub rolls.  I start out cooking the vegetables in a little bit of olive oil, then add steak to the pan and cook it with about a third of the pack of seasoning.  While that's browning, I put two slices of white American cheese on the bread, then top it with the hot steak when it's done.  It's amazing, and takes less than 10 minutes start to finish.  I want to try it with cheese whiz soon.  You should give it a try!

Awesome cheesesteak!

I know these were made for someone making a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, or something similar, but I use it for my homemade Pho soup.  I get a broth from a restaurant I go to when I visit my Mom, and add this beef as the beef for the soup.  Each packet has three beef bricks and I add one to the Pho broth as I heat it up.  Then I add some noodles, jalapeno pepper slices, and Siracha sauce and my Beef Pho soup is ready to go once it is boiling.  I used to use shave beef from various grocery stores in the area, but I would have to vacuum seal them to save for when I made my soups.  Now, I don't need to do the vacuum sealing and these end up being cheaper than buying the shaved beef from grocery stores.

Great for Making Pho Soup

If you are a fan of a good cheesesteak, the Gary's Sirloin Beef packs are a total game-changer. Second, two fresh sliced in the meat department. , These are easily some of the highest-quality frozen meat packs I’ve found in the freezer section . The beef is lean, tender, and cooks up beautifully without being greasy or fatty.
One of the best features is the packaging. It comes in three vacuum-sealed packages, and each one is perfectly proportioned to make about three sandwiches. It’s incredibly convenient for quick meals. I also love that they include separate "Wow! Seasoning" packets; having the seasoning on the side is great because you can add exactly as much extra flavor as you want for each sandwich.
Whether you're making classic Philly cheesesteaks, sliders, or even stir-fry, this meat is superb. It's a reliable, delicious staple that I always try to keep in the freezer. We also love them as a quick easy meal on the Blackstone for camping. Everyone request them each camping trip and then we use any leftovers for steak and eggs in the morning.

These are great! Meat is tender. Super easy to make with some peppers, jalapeños, cheese, & mushrooms.

Meat is tender

I've been buying these for a while now and the meat has always been "vacuum sealed" in plastic. You could store them in the freezer for months and they wouldn't get freezer burn. Well, they changed the inner packaging. The meat is now in different plastic and no longer vacuum-sealed. They are full of air now.

Last week, I bought two packages and they are already getting ice crystals inside the baggies. Ill update if anything, quality wise, has changed.

Oh yea, the price went up also, so we got that going for us too...

When I first started buying this I loved it and I've been buying it all the time. It's a perfect go to for dinner. Unfortunately only giving it 3 stars because for the last several times I've bought it,  it's been tough, fatty and not great quality meat. Not sure what's going on but a year ago it was really great quality. Now it's hit or miss. I buy sub rolls and cheese at Sam's club and it's so much cheaper than a sub shop. Cost me about $2.50 per sub versus $10+ at a sub shop.

Easy and cheap dinner

I enjoy eating a steak and cheese sandwich from our nearby sandwich shop so my husband thought he's buy this to see if I'd like it. I did not. The taste for me was off putting and the meat is very greasy.
