Gary's Sirloin Beef Thinly Sliced QuickSteak, Frozen, 9 ct. can be used in Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, stir-fry, tacos, salads and more. It can be cooked from frozen (no thawing required), contains 23g of protein per serving, has no preservatives and comes with a sample packet of our famous Wow! Seasoning. Ready to eat in minutes. Simply sizzle, flip and savor!

Cooking Instructions

1. Frozen: Pull Gary’s QuickSteak from the freezer (cooks directly from frozen).

2. Sizzle: Preheat skillet or pan medium/high. Place Gary’s QuickSteak frozen portion(s) in the pan/skillet. Add Wow! Seasoning (optional, but recommended).

3. Flip: After 30 seconds, flip Gary’s QuickSteak with spatula to the other side. As steak begins to brown, separate slices with spatula.

4. Savor: Cook until the product has reached internal temp of 165°F (be careful not to over-cook).

Great for Quesadilla

Meat us flavorful. Cooks quick and tender. Great for making quesadillas. Be careful to not cook too long as it will get tough. Instructions tell you not to cook too long. Didn't care for the seasoning that came with it. Seasoning is in a separate package so easy to not use. Perfect for singles or couples.

Good taste for a quick meal

My sister recommended these to us. We like them for a quick meal. They are a little bit greasy but cheese steak frequently is. I use a paper towel to quickly remove some of the grease. There is a seasoning packet inside but I am sensitive to MSG so I didn't use the seasoning packet (even though MSG, autolyzed yeast, yeast extract, etc wasn't on the seasoning packet ingredients list). I seasoned the meat myself. We will repurchase these.

Great for Making Pho Soup

I know these were made for someone making a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, or something similar, but I use it for my homemade Pho soup. I get a broth from a restaurant I go to when I visit my Mom, and add this beef as the beef for the soup. Each packet has three beef bricks and I add one to the Pho broth as I heat it up. Then I add some noodles, jalapeno pepper slices, and Siracha sauce and my Beef Pho soup is ready to go once it is boiling. I used to use shave beef from various grocery stores in the area, but I would have to vacuum seal them to save for when I made my soups. Now, I don't need to do the vacuum sealing and these end up being cheaper than buying the shaved beef from grocery stores.
