About this item

Product details

Cosequin is the #1 veterinarian-recommended over-the-counter joint health supplement brand. You and your veterinarian want the best for your pet, and Cosequin is here to support that effort. Cosequin is formulated with a trademarked combination of ingredients. Cosequin for Cats contains FCHG49® Glucosamine Hydrochloride and TRH122® Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate in a convenient sprinkle capsule.

What is joint cartilage?

Cartilage is an elastic and strong tissue made and preserved by its own specialized cells. It covers the surfaces where two or more bones meet to form a flexible joint.

How does COSEQUIN® Joint Health Supplement work?

The ingredients contained in COSEQUIN® act synergistically to help support cartilage. Glucosamine hydrochloride helps build cartilage by providing an essential nutrient that keeps the cartilage matrix healthy and functioning properly. Chondroitin sulfate supports healthy joint function.

Why COSEQUIN® for cats?

COSEQUIN® Joint Health Supplement is a scientifically researched nutritional supplement that helps maintain joint health in pets. You may have noticed that your cat seems less eager to jump to his favorite spot. While he used to hunt his "prey", he is now content to rest. The ingredients contained in COSEQUIN® have been formulated to help support and maintain the health of your cat's joints.

Why use COSEQUIN® with my cat?

There are few joint support products formulated specifically for cats. The active ingredients in COSEQUIN® for cats have been shown to support cartilage better together than separately. The ingredients also help improve your cat's comfort level.

Buy this if your cat has arthritis! Works wonders

My elderly cat was having problems with jumping up on her chair and walking stiff. Thought I'd just try these. Within three days she was getting around in less pain and just like her old self .gave them every day for a month and now every other day and she's doing great. Gave some to a friend and they noticed the difference in their cat as well. If it's joint related like arthritis you should be able to tell a difference in a week or so. I put mine in the squeeze up treats and mix well. She's never had a problem taking it.

Super easy to use, my cats don't notice it at all

I've been giving this to my cats for a few years now. I just open the capsule, sprinkle it on their wet food, and mix it in a little. Super easy, unlike other things I need my cat to have. All of my cats eat their food as usual so it mustn't have a strong flavor. Which is great because it won't help if your cat doesn't eat it. My cats are getting older so I especially want to do what I can to reduce joint problems.

This works

My girl is 13 and started having issues with her front leg about a year ago. Just a slight limp but enough to freak me out. Our vet took an xray and said it was arthritis. I had already started her on the Cosequin before her appointment and the vet agreed it was a good idea. Took about 2 weeks to kick in but it's helped a lot. She runs and plays like normal. I would definitely recommend trying it if your senior kitty has minor arthritis like mine does.
