I purchased a whole Short Rib case, and explained how to cook them to a fellow member in the club. He ended up buying a half slab, and I obliged in buying the other half! Can't go wrong with any of Sam's Beef products!

Great to be able to get full sized short ribs, great flavor and a great price.  Will be getting more in the future.

Great to have these available

WOW.  I purchased these for Holiday celebrations in November and December.  Best purchase ever.  Guests are blown away by how large they are.  The amount of meat on them is astonishing.  Two adult men can barely finish one rib!  For over a month we have had constant BBQ.  The canine is enjoy a steady stream of fresh bones.  I had no idea meat of this quality was available to the public.
