I'm often dealing with insomnia and I find Tylenol PM is an easy and effective way to take care of tbe problems and get a nights rest. i wake up easilily and have no side effect it for anyone recommend it to anyone who has been having difficulty sleeping and Walmart pricing is also a plus.

Great OTC pain and sleep aid

I use the Tylenol PM at bedtime so I can sleep with ease, without so much pain. I always recommend Tylenol it is very safe.

Eases Pain

My husband takes two Tylenol PM at bedtime.  He loves it!  It helps temporarily with his arthritis pain and thr PM additive relaxes him.  It helps him fall asleep but doesn't keep in aslleep all night.
