[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting to have more of a memory foam experience and what I got was a memory of days gone by. It feels more like an old feather pillow than a new technology and I have not experienced the cooling as described.

Unexpected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two during a BOGO sale along with 4 other pillows. Insides look like they are shredded material (if that matters) - uncertain if they will hold up long term but they are not as comfortable as I had hoped. I am still on the lookout for other pillows. If anything, I'd keep these for a spare room once I find something I like better.

Seem ok

Height is good, cooler than most pillows but adjustability is a great idea that didn't quite work for me. It's to firm for me and if I take out filling to try and soften the pillow it's to low or thin. It's probably a great pillow for someone interested in a pillow on the firmer side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the pillow but I don't love it. I have been trying to a find a pillow that supports my head and neck and keeps my spine aligned. I find if a pillow is too high, I have hip problems. I like that I am able to remove some of the foam to give me a pillow that gives me the right height and the right density. I am not always comfortable on it though. I really need to keep readjusting it to create a good pocket for comfort. It does seem to compress fairly quickly. I expected it to pop back up to shape.

I have been sleeping only contour Tempur Pedic pillows for years. No other pillow is good for my neck but I thought I would give the Cloud Adjustable pillow a try. Sorry but my neck love likes the contour pillow. Maybe my guests will like the Cloud Adjustable pillow.

Not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered 4 pillows, took one out of the box tried it for a night and was not happy with it. It was much finer than I expected. I reached out to tempur-pedic to setup a return and was told all sales were final on pillows and I couldn't even return the pillows that were still in the box. Terrible experience will not use this brand again.

Terrible product and service
