What Is a Good Beef Tips Recipe?

When it comes to steak, Beef Round Tip tends to be forgotten in favor of other cuts. While it is true that steakhouses and similar restaurants use rib-eye or T-bone, there is nothing quite like a beef eye round steak in terms of robust beef flavor. Generously rub the steak with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Add a bit of vegetable oil and braise the beef by browning it on both sides and then allowing it to finish cooking on low heat in its own juices either in a slow cooker or sauté pan. Add additional moisture to the pan as needed for the best eating experience!
