When you're cooking for large groups, bacon already laid out on sheets allow you to quickly prepare it. To prepare—simply grab one sheet of bacon, place on baking sheet, and bake in the oven. The bacon strips stay flat while baking and cleanup is easy too since the parchment paper acts as a barrier between the bacon and sheet pan. If you decide that you don't want to use all of the bacon, fold over the extra sheets, store them in an airtight bag or container and freeze them until ready to use.
