I often take a melatonin or two to go to sleep cause I'm doing stuff until the last minute or I'm reading and I should've gone to bed an hour ago so rather than wait around for my brain to slow down I pop a couple of melatonin and these work perfectly I love it that they're 5 mg because I can take two or I can take just one I always trust the members Mark Brand, especially in the medicine and drugs department. I was afraid to purchase because I have been using the name brand for years. The Sams brand is 5 bucks cheaper and works just as well if not better. I won’t be going back to the name brand! They don’t fry out like the name brand either. That’s another good reason other than the cost. Gotta save where you can.

Not gonna lie. I was a Zzquil kinda guy. Im a veteran and retired trooper and have massive PTSD and anxiety. Libed on Zzquil. Sleep was never an issue once I fell alseep.
