Crunchy texture that keeps its shape and can be broken off into smaller bite size pieces to give after good behavior or give the whole thing to go chew up. That helps because one of my dogs loves to take a big piece off to eat while the other gags on big pieces. Both love the flavor of these.

Great tasting, apparently, as our dogs love it.

Our dogs really enjoy the beef jerky. The best part is that the pieces are soft enough to break into smaller pieces. I hope this beef jerky stays soft. I've bought Blue Buffalo chicken jerky at Sams before, which was soft, but now the chicken jerky that Sams carries is way too hard for our dogs to chew. I have to use scissors to cut it into pieces.
