My family and I are building memories with our Lifetime kayak. One of the best investments we've made as a family and we couldn't be happier. What I love about  our Kokanee is its versatility to shuffle the seats, in the case that you don't want to have two people on the kayak. You can move the seat to the middle position and take it out by your self. Its a great feature. Plenty of storage. Wont break your back packing it around. Love it. If you could put some money down of something and be guaranteed a heart full of memories. This would be it. -Cheers

The funnest summer.Ever!

First impression is excellent and quality is as expected from the same brand

I bought recently a kayak tandem and it does not came with one of the seat, so I reach to lifetime service and the agent Alan reply me very fast and say that will sent me the replacement in only two days the replacement arrived. Thank you for the excelent service.

Replacement

This is an excellent choice for a tandem sit-on kayak.  Also has room for storage, and can also be used for fishing.
But even more important to note is their exceptional customer service.  They were very professional and helpful.  My kayak was missing one of the hatch covers… they are sending me out another one.

I have bought several lifetime products over the years (tables, play equipment, kayaks). I have always been very pleased with their construction and durability. For the first time I had to contact the company for a replacement part, and now I found that their customer service not just matches, but actually exceeds the quality of their products. I’m impressed. They have won a “lifetime” customer.

I’ve had two lifetime kayaks for several years. Some of the plastic pieces have broken due to normal wear or have just been lost. The company has replaced these parts at no cost. Unexpected but grateful. Great kayak, outstanding service and customer support.

Great products Great service

After I had purchased a Kayak from Costco I had noticed that a clip from one of the seats was missing. After I had reached out to Lifetime they immediately had gotten back with me and had shipped out the missing part. This minor part was a minor inconvenience, but the customer care was exceptional.

Kayak Purchase

I bought two Lifetime kayaks, a single and a tandem. Both craft were sit on top models. Both kayaks are great and a blast to use. My biggest compliment is how they handled an issue that arose. One of the clips that locks the seat into place on the tandem craft was lost. I reached out to Lifetime and was responded to in an very quick manner. The service rep, Dany, was extremely helpful in identifying the part # and arranging for a replacement. Great customer service!

Great product, even better custoemr service!

I bought an Envoy 106 from Sam's Club for my son's birthday and found that it only had one hatch cover.  I contacted Lifetime and they said to provide them with a receipt and a picture of the make/model/sticker on the kayak and they would mail me one.  I thought that I would have to pay as I didn't know if I lost the cover or if I didn't notice if it was even on there.  Took them only a day to respond via email and almost an immediate response once I emailed them the info they requested.  It will only take about 5 business days to get the part. Many problems, bought as tandem kayat for grandson. Unable to use because of its' weight(75 lbs)  design(wide body) unable to use with any wave action on windy days, seat is terrible(after 20 minutes your back hurts), difficulty adding attachments like fishing pole holder/ trolling motor/better seating.
