Just finished installing this set.  High quality materials and good instructions.

Good looking play set

Great swing set. My child loves it. For those building I would say use the digital manual online with an iPad. The instructions are dark and pictures are hard to see where screws go. Also the wood roof seems to be inferior wood compared to the rest of the set. I had to exchange 3 roof panels and am end peice. Other then that, great set. Sturdy !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for our 5 and 18 month old boys and they are absolutely having a blast with it. It took about 3 days to put it together but it was absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends as it is very sturdy and I hope it will last for years to come.

Awesome Swing Set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This play set was installed at the beginning of spring and my 3-year-old plays with it everyday! He loves both slides, the swings and trapeze, all of different things to climb (rock wall, rope ladder, regular ladder, and the monkey bars add-on). He even asks to have a picnic lunch in his play set.

Love it!

Product is made of quality material and workmanship. The manual contains detailed information. Only complaint at this point in time (kids have not started to use it yet) is the manual steps, parts and hardware are not labeled and outlined in a manner that makes for effecient assembly. It takes time to reorder and organize all the work and hardware, then correlate those to each step in the manual. There is an opportunity to do some of this as part of labeling and the manual. (I understand that these kits are modular and are put together, but there still could be improvements made)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this playset in April of 2020 (during the pandemic). We did not receive the playset until mid-July due to COVID-19, and the tic-tac-toe feature is currently backordered, so we do not have that yet. Other than the delay in receiving the product and the backorder of the tic-tac-toe, we love this playset! My boys are having so much fun playing on it. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quality backyard playset!

Great quality!

Missing pieces. The hardware to build and attach the tube slide were missing. Called three times already to get the parts sent. Unsuccessful.

Missing parts

Trying to currently put the swingset up and noticed we don't have 22 5/16 Tee nuts. Now the swingset is on hold and we are on limited time so again we wait

Frustrated

I bought a package of swing chain hooks that screw into the wood beam to replace the rusty broken one that came with kit around 14 years ago. I replaced it with the new ones and in less than a month,  the bolt broke again almost in the same spot as the older one. My daughter might way 95 lbs soak and wet! I'm so glad she's no longer a toddler or young child. I'm also glad she wasn't hurt! Steel shouldn't break like that!!
