[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit a little over a week and so far so good.  I do have to get used to the settings and ensure I am putting the right amount of clothing in.  I had one instance of putting sheets in with clothing and put it on heavy and when I walked into the laundry room I literally had a wet sauna going on and the sheets twisted around the clothes.  I hate reading so I have not sat and read everything about the unit so bad on me but overall it is easy to use and the features are great.

I have to say this set has changed my mind. I can’t find anything negative to say. I highly recommend LG. My other set was also LG and lasted 14 years…actually still worked.

Great dryer with easy to learn features!

I bought this about 5 - 6 weeks ago as part of replacing our washer & dryer. The dryer works great with one exception. The lint filter broke less than two weeks after we started using it.
Because I was traveling since then this is the first chance I have to address this issue.

I am not a fan of this dryer. It is very difficult to customize settings like temperature and time. I guess the idea is to use their preset settings, but they are honestly terrible and will shrink all of your clothes if you do not adjust the settings. So basically the only feather you can use is quick dry in order to adjust the time and temp.

Dryer settings difficult to customize

I purchased this dryer 2 weeks ago. Every load I dry some article of clothing gets stuck in-between the lint filter area and the drum. You name it, socks, undies, shirts, even sheets! The company I bought it from has been here to try and adjust the filter but it didn't help.

Dryer Eats Clothes

Dryer gets clothing, draw strings, and dryer sheets stuck between the drum & lint filter and has ruined multiple articles of our clothing. We actually exchanged for another unit assuming it was a defective item, but the second dryer had the same issue, so we returned.
