This washing machine has it all. I paid more for mine 6 months ago so this deal is great. I can use the water stream to rinse out spots. Keep my softener and laundry soap filled and it tells me when to refill.cleans everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is quite beautiful. Love the full glass top. It is soft close. One of the best features for me, so far, is the automatic detergent dispenser. There is also an automatic fabric softener dispenser, but you have the option to set that as a second detergent dispenser. This is a great option for us as we typically don't use a liquid fabric softener, but we do switch back and forth between two different detergents. The automatic dispensers are a game changer as we have teenagers that tend to use too much detergent.
Huge capacity! Even though it is large capacity, I do not have an issue with reaching items in the bottom of the tub as I did with our last washer. That is a huge plus for me! 
There are a lot of preset cycles to choose from, or you can create your own through the settings menu. The cycle you set shows the time to complete and I find that it has been pretty accurate.  The AI cycle is new to me, but a neat concept that I am exploring. The spin cycle did a great job on the towels, which cuts down on drying time. Little to no vibration during the spin cycle. Pretty Impressed!
Using the LG ThinQ app, you can do even more customizations. A couple of fun ones are you can change the startup greeting screen (ours is currently a snowman) and tune that plays when a cycle is finished. You can also get an alert on your phone or watch through the app when the cycle is finished.
The built-in faucet is perfect for treating stains or a quick rinse if you don't have a sink in your laundry room. 
Overall, we have been happy with this purchase. Such a great upgrade to get you through some mundane chores.

Good washer but I've noticed stains are still there after a wash cycle as impeller doesn't wash as cleanly as agitator models.

Overall the washing machine is good.  It is a little complicated to use.  Getting it to default to using cold water and not use fabric softener was much harder than it should be.  It is fairly quiet, has great capacity and has a great selection of cycles.  
My biggest complaint is the sloped lid.  You can't put anything on top of it without it falling off.

Very Good Washing Machine

I bought this washer because we had a previous model and loved it.  This one has been terrible.  I trouble shooted for months with LG and I finally gave up.  It leaves black clothes with residue and lint.  I have to wipe down the clothes after.  It is incredibly disappointing.  
I tried everything.
If you have a lot of black in your wardrobe and need to hang to dry.  Do NOT buy this washing machine.
