I really like this container. It is somewhat difficult to open and close, but I've discovered the secret! :o) My wife cannot easily open or close it however. I use it to temporarily store table scraps for my compost bin.

These containers are great and a good buy. Clear to see the contents with nice measuring lines on the outside. Wide top to scoop and level a measurement of flour etc very easily. Versatile and stackable. I love them and will buy more.

I am using these to hold food scraps destined for compost. The lid stays on. I can see inside. It fits in the dishwasher as needed. It could easily hold pantry staples or small toys. Functional, not fancy.

Love this 1.5 gallon size containers. It works so well. Easy to remove the lid and measure out cups of rice and flour for cooking and baking. Price is right. It keeps my grains, rice, and baking items fresh and airtight.
