The containers are used for the mixing and rising process in making no kneed breads. The measurements on the sides are helpful in measuring the rise.

I purchased 4 container for pickle vegetables. It is big and great quality. I used it to organized my pantry, too. It is great for store large bag of nut, 10 pounds of sweet rice. I will buy more later. Highly recommended!

Bought this set in store. Good quality with a tight lid so you don't have to worry about the lid popping off. Just be careful not to break a nail trying to pry open the lid.
