These polypropylene Cambros are fantastic and the price is great. They are heavy duty, large, and well made. Unlike the perfectly clear polycarbonate Cambros, these are BPA free per the label. Their temperature range is -40°F to 160°F, so they aren't as tolerant of very high temperatures as the PC versions, but this isn't an issue for most kitchen use. They are NSF listed and dishwasher safe. I wish Sams had more sizes of the polypropylene line.

Great for large batches of dough, like 1000 g flour recipes, and other food prep. These are shorter than the 4 quart containers. You'll be surprised what you uses for after you buy them. Very sturdy.

I use these storage bowls to keep flour and meal fresh! Snap lids make a good seal. I have washed them in the dishwasher and they do fine. Stackable and a good size.
