I wouldnt put it on toast, but its good with plain cookies if youre having a sweet tooth! I also put a little in my oatmeal instead of my usual peanut butter and that was good!

Its calories are similar to peanut butter, although less protein. It would be nice if it were healthier but it is a good treat to eat in small amounts. A jar will last awhile.
