Terrible Bluetooth range

The Bluetooth range on this keyboard and mouse is atrocious. It does not work beyond six feet which makes it pretty much useless for my setup. I seriously regret this purchase.

Hi Robert, I'm sorry that the connection with the provided Nano Receiver did not work beyond 6 feet. The Nano Receiver it is rated at up to 30 feet. This rating is very dependent on environmental surroundings of the device. You can also try plugging the Nana Receiver into a different USB port that has better line of sight for the keyboard to see if that helps. Thank you you for being a Logitech customer.
