[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used Bayer Brand in the past for my ailments, it's usually my go to for aspirin. The key for me has always been dose and timing of the dose to avoid any GI issues. There are many benefits from taking aspirin - so I'd recommend googling then talking to your medical physician to see if it's right for you. (Kinda sounds like a commercial but it's the only way)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bayer's Aspirin has been around for years & years . These tablets definitely will do the trick. I normally have to take 2 tablets In order for them to work or for my tolerance . If you are looking for a basic aspirin this is a good choice .

Aspirin works well and I don't personally have any stomach upset issues with it.  It is better than other antiinflammatories that damage your liver and colon.  It works for a fever and muscle aches and is reliable.  I always have aspirin in my medicine cabinet. Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this with a few of the aches and pains that I encounter on a frequent basis: - Knee Pain (I have genetically bad knees) - Soreness from Working Out - Cramps I have always had pretty sensitive knees. If I jostle them too much, sit on them wrong, or work out with too much knee movement (including running and hiking), I can have knee pain and limp for days if not weeks (I also workout with knee braces if I know my knees will be pushed to their limit). Combined with the soreness from my regular workouts, I do tend to take a small amount of ibuprofen afterward to ensure that I can walk without any issues the next day. That being said, I tried a workout that is known for making my knee pain flair up and took some of the Genuine Bayer Aspirin Regular Strength afterword each time, and it worked really well! I have next to no pain the next day and was only sore when walking down stairs in heels (which is not something that happens when I take ibuprofen after using a stationary pedaler). I am happy to have this on hand for when my knees start acting up. However, the pain that I do have to take quite a bit of pain medication every month for is for cramps. Unfortunately, this did next to nothing for them, and I was grateful to be working from home when I tested this aspirin as I could barely walk around without feeling super crampy; this is not something I usually have when I take ibuprofen for them (granted, ibuprofen only takes the edge off them, but at least it does that). I was counting down the hours and minutes until I could take my typical dosage of ibuprofen. That being said, if I was in a pinch, I might take a higher dosage of the aspirin than necessarily recommended which could do the trick. So, while I still may use ibuprofen on a monthly basis, I have a feeling I will be taking this aspirin after my workouts.

Not only did it help with all of my aches and pains from my fibromyalgia but it even helped my migraines too. What a mighty little pill. This will now be one of my go to medicines in my medicine cabinet when I'm not feeling all that will with aches and pains of any sort. #voxboxhappy

I took 2 capsules and within about fifteen to twenty minutes, my headache started to subside. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually did work because I had some doubts. But it did work great and now I know I can turn to Bayer for support and relief!

I'll definitely keep using ibuprofen for muscle pain but for overall Paine relief, I think aspirin is a good choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this aspirin for some knee pain I was having and it did lessen the pain however, it made me really sleepy and loopy feeling. It did work, but if I take it again, I'll make sure I'm going to be at home until it wears off.

I give this product a 2 out of 5 stars, it just didn't work for me as well as other products out there. I had taken it to relieve pain which it didn't even help, and it upset my stomach. so I really wouldn't recommend this product.
