I don't like to take medication but when an intense headache comes on Excedrin Migrane is what relieves the pain. It usually works within 30 minutes and doesn't leave me drowsy. One dose is all I need for relief.

A great over-the-counter migraine medication if you're not one that wants to get a prescription strength. The little bit of caffeine in these pills seems to somehow do the trick and make all of the difference when my migraines come on strong. 

These are the only over the counter meds that work on my headaches. I honestly love  Excedrin migraine for the fact that is works fast to relieve pain.

I rarely get migraines but when I do I have no questions about which pain reliever I'd choose. This stuff is awesome! It works very fast and allows me to get back to my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin migraine is the best headache medicine out there. The addition of the caffeine is likely the biggest proponent of the medicine. I use this whenever I start to get a migraine.

I would probably die without this I have severe migraines when I do get them and this is the only thing that knocks them out I take this and it's gonna within and hr or so the caffeine in it really helps
