I suffer from chronic migraines and these help wonders! I have tried many different medications for my headaches and this is the only thing to consistently work effectively.

Almost always does the trick. Being someone who gets migraines often, I have to rely on excedrin since it's the only medication to even touch the pain. It does not even compare to other brands.

Excedrin Migraine is the best pain reliever for migraine headaches. It has caffeine in it so that adds to its benefits in beating this specific type of headache. Worth the price over other pain relievers if you are a migraine sufferer.
