I keep these little gems stocked at all times. I went through premature menopause at the ripe age of 38. Ever since I have been on a very aggressive hormone replacement therapy. As a result, I can suffer from debilitating migraines if my hormones are out of balance. This is the only thing I can take and go to work (if the migraine isn't too severe.) It contains aspirin so I try to limit my intake to as little as possible. But I am thankful for it when it's needed.

But with that being said it works wonders for a migraine and it is due to the combination of aspirin, acetaminophen & caffeine. I have had a lot of migraines in my life and this works best for me.

MY ALL TIME FAVORITE HEADACHE MEDICINE. I have used all types and nothing, I mean nothing, has done the job like this medicine. AND it's quick. I have my mom on it and my brother.
