It packs a punch with acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine to knock out the pain fast. i find it works quickly, often within 30 minutes to an hour. i get 1-2 migraines a month and I always have excedrin in my purse or at home. Normally, if I take 2 of these the worst symptoms of my migraines are taken care of. I don't get any side effects, like loose bowels like I have with other brands. My go-to!

The ingredients are strong not for the weak since it's a mix of Tylenol asprin and caffeine to do the job. It just takes about an hour before you feel the reilf

The thing that i dislike about this medicine is that because of the higher dose of caffeine I can't take it after 1pm otherwise I won't be able to have a good night of sleep. But that is me 🤷🏼‍♀️.
