I always reach for this whenever I have a migraine. The combination of caffeine and pain reliever definitely helps. I like the caffeine too because usually when I have a migraine, I'm also nauseous and can't handle drinking coffee. Definitely recommend!

It is the only thing that truly manages my migraines when I have a breakthrough in my prescription medication, and I always carry some with me just in case. If you have frequent headaches or migraines and haven't tried this yet, I highly recommend it!

I've used these pills for as long as I can remember because I get really bad migraines pretty regularly. They work fast for me and help a lot for regular headaches as well. The pills have a little bit of a taste to them but that's no problem. Overall great.

I suffer from chronic migraines and these tablets are small in size but carry a powerful punch. They are safe to take with a glass of water and I love them.

It starts to work with 20 minutes I can feel my migraine easing off. Then within 35-40 it takes it completely away. I will most definitely be buying this again.

I get prescription migraine medication and I still find I prefer Excedrin Migraine to it. It doesn't take forever to work and it actually helps my migraines and not much else does.

Everytime I have a terrible migraine it seems to help my headaches instantly. It has caffeine in it which helps and is a good product. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My migraines can be intense at times and acetaminophen doesn't have much effect at getting rid of them. The boost from the caffeine and the aspirin made a difference but it took a while to feel better.
