The migraine took awhile to go away, compared to the excedrin extra strength that I usually use for headaches. I'll stick to the excedrin extra strength instead of this.

This also contains caffeine which I also can't have. It causes me headaches so I would be mindful when using a medicine that contains caffeine to combat one.

So, being that I received this to try for free I have it another shot. I've had an ongoing migraine for a little over a day and took the recommended dose this morning, it hasn't worked. Maybe this will work for someone else with just a mild headache but if you suffer from a really bad migraine this probably isn't going to touch it.
